The Samurai Project is about the construction of  unique ,  professional coffee roaster  machine that can be modify , improve and adapt  for to  to achieve '' the perfect coffee roasting" .

The "samurai project " include the reuse and optimization of energy.

All  has started  from an old industrial coffee roaster that i bought in Berlin.

The condition of that machine was terrible, but  this was a good  starting point for think and start to work to a new concept of machine.

From a metal scrap , I am building a new roaster and a new concept of  coffee bar .
