The Samurai Project aims to construct a unique, professional coffee roaster machine that can be modified, improved, and adapted to achieve the perfect coffee roasting.

The project also focuses on the reuse and optimization of energy.

It all began with an old industrial coffee roaster purchased in Berlin. Despite its terrible condition, it sparked the idea for a new concept.

From metal scrap, I am building a new roaster and a new concept of a coffee bar.
