Welcome to Alfio' s Coffee Journey

From the humble green coffee bean to the exquisite cup in your hands, embark on a journey of flavor and passion.

Hi there, I'm Alfio, an Italian living in Belgium with an insatiable passion for coffee. For me, coffee is not just a beverage; it's a journey, an art, and a way of life.

Back in 1984, fresh out of high school, I dreamed of opening a coffee bar, among many other ambitions. Over the years, I've worn many hats - from mechanic to sailor - but my love for coffee remained constant.

In 2001, I found myself immersed in the world of coffee in Estonia. By 2005, I was roasting organic single-origin beans and supplying them to cafes and restaurants across the globe. And in 2008, I embarked on a new chapter in my coffee journey.

Today, I'm like an old alchemist, mastering every step of the coffee-making process. While I haven't started cultivating coffee trees yet, rest assured, my coffees are nothing short of special.
