time, grams, freshness, etc.... BUT one thing is missing 'Coffee Culture' . We can get in one day ?


No way to learn in one day or one week or in some months but  WE can improve our coffee if we know that we don't know :-)

Because what we tasty is not like in this simplistic representation  ''tongue map''
