This is my daily organic MEDIUM espresso blend
I obtain It from the blend of special freshly roasted arabica coffees. The secret of this blend are the assembling of coffees with different roasted degree and different strength. My daily blend has again an unique flavour and aroma chocolate, dry fruit and spicy herbs with a complex touch of citrus fruits.

I obtain It from the blend of special freshly roasted arabica coffees. all roasted light . My daily blend has again an unique flavour and aroma of red berry and white chocolate and a touch of cinnamon.
sweet with nutty character and fresh full body within dark chocolate notes

One way of knowing if your coffee is freshly roasted is the “bloom effect”. When water is added to freshly ground roasted coffee , the coffee foam up.
This means the beans have been roasted in the last couple of days and means the coffee will be at its top. The bloom will be most noticeable in the first few days and will reduce afterwards as the gases in the coffee bean dissipate.
As time goes on and as the coffee gets less fresh it’s taste decreases in flavor.
